Nature of Price Information

Prices displayed on PricePick are collected from participating retailers and reflect the prices shown on those retailers' websites at the time of collection. These prices may have changed since the last update. The price you are charged at checkout on a retailer's website is the final and binding price, not the price shown on PricePick.

PricePick makes no guarantee that any price shown on this site remains the same at the time you visit a retailer's website. Prices may change at any time due to stock availability, promotional periods ending, demand, or retailer policy changes.

PricePick Is a Comparison and Discovery Tool

PricePick is not a retailer. It does not sell products, hold stock, process payments, or fulfil orders. The site provides a comparison layer to assist users in discovering products and comparing prices across multiple retailers.

Any transaction you complete is entirely between you and the retailer you choose to purchase from. PricePick is not a party to any transaction and is not responsible for any purchase made through a retailer linked from this site.

Affiliate and Commercial Relationships

PricePick may participate in affiliate programmes under which we receive a commission when a user visits a linked retailer and makes a purchase. This commission is paid by the retailer and does not affect the price you pay. Affiliate relationships do not influence which products are shown in comparison results or how prices are ranked or displayed.

Where affiliate or commercial relationships exist with specific retailers, this will be disclosed in accordance with applicable regulations.

Product Accuracy

Product specifications, features, and descriptions displayed on PricePick are provided for general informational purposes. They may not reflect the most current product specifications or regional variants. Always verify product specifications directly with the manufacturer or retailer before making a purchasing decision.

No Endorsement

The inclusion of a product, retailer, brand, or deal in PricePick's comparison data does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of quality. PricePick does not independently verify product quality, retailer reliability, or after-sales service.

Limitation of Liability

PricePick provides this website and its content on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PricePick disclaims all warranties and excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from use of this site, reliance on price information shown, or any transaction made with a third-party retailer.
